Hybrid Pen is a waste on Nid, considering she's almost all magic damage (even in cougar form). I understand that they are good if you are AA'ing a lot, but AP nid isn't about the AAs at all. But since you explain it, I won't count you off for it. Liandry's isn't good on Nid, she doesn't deal enough consistant damage. It's situational at best. Rylai's is a similar deal, all her consistent damage is AOE (in cougar form) so it does a reduced proc. Spreading your remaining 9 points between the other two trees isn't a wise decision. Don't use spoilers in the way you are using them. Your BB Coding is very well done, it's not disruptive and helps make the guide more interesting to read.
