It wont be easy to kill somebody fastly but u will can stay a long on lane. Increse your q skill and remember to always hit from the farest distance. When u got ulti u wont need mana to stay on lane and u will can heal yourself faster it will help u to kill another too. The best combo is trap q skill heal ulti jump e skill and q skill if u have rylais target wont run away. Remember to put a lot of traps in bush if they have jungler. Its nice if u get blue from your jungler it helps a lot.

In middel game u should have rylais and lich bane so u will be one of the best pushers.
But still remember to help your team u dont have to jump in tamfights but remeber to heal your team and support them with your spears. REmeber about puting traps near baron.

Hextech gunblade is great becouse it gives you a lot of healing if u jump in 3 minions you will heal about 200 hp. In late game your atack will be fast and unstopable. In teamfighst heal the most dps person becouse u will give him a lot of atack speed

I have get all my build only few times and only in ranked games a lot of people are suprised with hextech gunblade but remember it helps a lot
