Annie is a piece of shit and is hard to outplay. Ban if you can.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn is hard to lane against, but that's it. You dumpster her as long as she's not fed. If you go even with her in lane you have a good chance at winning.
Draven
The Draven matchup is like the Caitlyn matchup, only he's stronger than you all game instead of just lane. The only way you can 1v1 this guy is if you land a stun with Condemn, which will be useless if he has QSS anyways. Don't trade with him early, he will fuck you up. Your best bet is to farm it out and wait for a good opportunity from your support or jungler. Group early.
Morgana
The only way you lose to Morgana is if you get hit by the 2-year-long binding. Don't get hit and you won't be fucked.
Thresh
Most Threshes are garbage. Play agressively - don't be afraid of the hook. Tumble to the side when he throws it and most of the time you will dodge it and be at an advantage since it has a long cooldown.
Bard
Pussy bitch champion. Wait for him to leave lane and then kill the enemy ADC over and over. Have fun.
Twitch
Twitch is pretty similar to the Draven matchup in the sense that you won't win 1v1s against him unless you land a stun. The big difference though is that he, like you, is weak early so you should have an easier time in lane.
Ashe
Ashe's ult is cancer and she is more dominant in lane, but (as long as you dodge her ult) she is ez pz once you finish BORK.
Jinx
Jinx will destroy you in rocket form because she has a range advantage, but as soon as you're in her safe space go ham.
Ezreal
Annoying pre-6 but absolutely useless past it.
Teemo
Engage him like you're going to 1v1 him, then when he uses his blind run away until it's gone, then fuck him up.
Alistar
Playing against Alistar is kinda hard since there's no way to dodge his combo, just stay away from him as much as possible. You can try to predict his W and preemptively condemn him, but it's not reliable.
Blitzcrank
Just like the Thresh matchup, only instead of being kind of useless after missing his hook, he's completely useless so go ham.
Zyra
Zyra is somewhat difficult because even if you dodge her E she still has a lot of burst.
Braum
He's tougher than he seems. If you manage to dodge all of his CC then go ham, just don't focus the ADC when he has his shield up.
Fizz
It took me forever to learn this, but just flash his ult. Don't 1v1 him if your flash is down. When his ult is down you win.
Lucian
Lucian is a good duelist but can be easily outplayed.
Nautilus
Ass cancer. Poke him as much as you can so that he won't try to hook you. Say something to tilt him in /all after you kill him. The dude plays naut, he doesn't deserve respect.
Jhin
Jhin is like Jinx where you melt him as soon as you're in range.
Graves
If for whatever reason you're playing against Graves ADC just be careful. Remember that he can easily destroy you as long as his ult is up, but is ez when it's down. If you've got the moves you can try to outplay him with his cd's up, I just wouldn't recommend it.
Miss Fortune
Dodge tha Q, get tha $$$
Kalista
Normally Kalista would be a difficult matchup but Riot destroyed her so have fun.
Sivir
Spam ctrl+3 on her dead body.
Tristana
You can't 1v1 her when the bomb is on you. As long as you respect that rule she is ez.
Varus
Varus is surprisingly difficult to play against as Vayne, the hitbox on his Q is always larger than you think. As soon as you get QSS you're fine.
Kog'Maw
Depends on his support, but is easy for the most part
Corki
Dodge tha skillshots, get tha $$$
Well actually also don't stand in his E. Wait for it to go away, then get tha $$$
Vi
You pretty much have to wait until her ult is gone to do anything. The good news is that when it's down you're free to do just about anything you want to her.
Malphite
More ult-based cancer. If you've got insane reaction time good for you, but if you're in the 99% just know that you're better off waiting until it's down.
Rammus
Rammus is really easy actually, just watch for when he builds Thornmail and start building BT accordingly.
I have thousands of games logged with Vayne and I've been a one trick for about 2 years now,
she's just too much fun to play. I feel that she is relatively strong in the current meta if used correctly.
