Why rank up E first?? Each level only increases the damage reduction by 2.5%. Percentage scaling is stronger late game when your opponents are throwing out big numbers at high attack speed. Early game it is much less significant. An adc with 100AD would be reduced from 70 damage with 1 point in E but the second point in E only brings it down to 67.5 (this is all ignoring armor which would lessen the effect even more) So you see the first point in E gives a 30% damage reduction, the second point only gives 2.5%. Not the right skill to rush IMO

I think ranking up Q or possibly even W first is better. Every rank in Q increases its base damage by 45!! that is no small amount, especially at low levels. It also lowers its cooldown. Leveling Q first leads to more harass, more zoneing and potentially more kills.

Ranks in W increase with a flat bonus as well as an increased percentage bonus. The flat bonus is nice but you wont feel the effects of the percentage increase until you have build some items that boost MR and Armor, which wont be significant until mid game, your early items boost HP. The only advantage of leveling this skill early is the reduced cooldown which gives you more mobility and the opportunity to make more plays.

That my opinion on Braums abilities, what do you think?

That is a really good suggestion and read. Wow well put together and everything and the critique is great Thanks.

I rank up E simply because 2.5% is actually pretty neat mid game and for lane swap and counter a jungler with heavy pokes, compared to Max Q, Q do give less CD but with Talisman build it's far less effective, it costs more mana for each poke on lane aswell a Braum that max out Q as much as possible at level 3-5 will deal Less Q's then you do for mana reasons, you sustain much longer without maxing it out quickly. The slow and the passive effect is the same over all levels so it won't effect your chasing early on with this build.

I use both E and W for engage and harass on early lane, The movespeed increase (witch is the main reason I max this) is worth it by itself witch by each level gets more constant from a cooldown of 18 to 10 (almost half). Also the tower guarding is a nice bonus. Why Stand Behind Me gets second place treatment, it doesn't scale as good early game as we lack heavy armor items at that point.

If you can do Unbreakable frequently you can also negates enemy pokes more frequently, you can wall Karma or Varus off completely at level 3-4.

So I guess a short answer to your lovely post is that Cooldowns and prevention of poke combined with movespeed makes up for it, rather then having more magic damage.

You will probably have less cooldown at level 4 when you max out Talisman of Ascension making Q, W and E really fluid.

I cant remember, but isn't there a cap of cooldown items of 40%? I love that you are taking ancient coin over face of the mountain, but if the 40% cap is still in effect then you are wasting potential health, armor, and magic resist that could be taken form other items like wit's end. That would make it so you could make more melee blows in a short time to add to your passive.

I think there is yes, It's because of the boots, the suggestion #1 has Mobility, thus less CDR.
Thank you about the coin thing :) This is a final build but I'll work on it a bit more and plain it out some more.

Those masteries...are just...wow. 0/21/9 or 0/9/21. Not 5/23/2, and especially not Fury .

Runes, Masteries and Skill Order are retty messed. You should consider maxing Q > E > W thus Q at level 9, E at level 13 and W at level 18. mastery preference is 0/21/9 including Tenacious in the defense tree. Greater Seal of Health Regeneration seems to be an odd choice and going for three Armor or Health Quintessences is seemingly handy.
