This ahri guild focus on her kiting ability more then bursting the enemy down. But this does not mean you will be unable to get any kills. The runes, masteries and item build will be explained below.
Nothing much to say really. The magic pen reds are use to help you against any enemy champ that has magic resist in the early stages of the game. Next, Mana regen yellow helps you stay in your lane longer as your passive and your 3 health potions at the start already helps you keep your health up and this is important because we all know that ahri has some mana problems at the early stages of the game. The ability power blues and quins helps to give you ability power at the early to mid game before you start getting items like deathcap.
The masteries used here is very important. unlike most ahris out there that only think about dealing massive amounts of damage in a short period of time who puts 21 points into offence, i place only 9 points into offence adding only up till the 10 magic pen. the rest of the points are added to the utility as shown above. This is important because the 21 points added into the utility will give you a edge against your lane partner most likely at mid. As many aps mid, they like to put 21 points into offence which means lesser points into utility meaning that you, the ahri is going to have an experience advantage if you manage to stay in lane. the cooldown reduction is also very good for ahri as it shortens the cooldown of her ultimate as well as all her other skills. This is important as in combination with the item rylai's crystal scepter as the shorten skill cooldown allows you to spam more often. more skills to spam means more slowing, and more slowing means the less likely you will get hit my the enemy. This would mean that you can 1v2 or even 1v3 against melee champians if your or good at your micro(character control).
The key item in this build is the rylai's crystal scepter as you would already guess. it gives you the ability to kite enemies as well as chase them. I have seen many ahris going for rod of ages but i think it is not really useful. yes it gives you hp and mana but if u rush rylai's you have hp already but hey, you have the ability to kite enemies meaning they wont even HIT you and as for the mana, you wont need it as much as the masteries and runes will help solve that problem just as long as you don't spam your skill every time it's up. there wont be much of a mana problem in the late game as well. but if you are unable to get rylai's early then i would say go for 3 dorans ring instead of going rod of ages as it gives ap health and mana regen as if rod of ages will delay your purchase of rylai's due to it's cost. the rest is self explainable.
nothing much really. going this skill squence just means you will do your full combo at level 4. and also max out the first 2 skills before the taunt. yes i know it is tempting to taunt ppl but the other 2 skill are too good to not add.
well.... ignite helps with diving at lvl 6-9 while flash gives you another escape ability if your ult is down and you need distance.
Well to sum this up, just remember these few things. 1st rod of ages is not that good of an item for ahri, unless you are getting super fed and have tons of money then get it at your own risk. 2nd rylai's is a MUST item on ahri. 3rd it is better to survive and kill 2-3 ppl afterwards than to kill one person in 3 sec and die immediately after that~~~. 4th remember to use your ultimate wisely, meaning unless it's 1v1, you do not want to spam all 3 of your ult just to do damage, use it to reposition yourself into a better position. and lastly, remember that if you kill 2-3 ppl by yourself, make sure to type in all chat "KITED TO HELL!!!".
