Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Marks - good ol armor penetration....need i say more? ;)
Seal - Straight armor is my choice here because i chose armor points in my mastery tree. i like this because I am a bit more beefy or tanky early game and allows me to farm minions
Glyph - Straight magic resistance is my choice here for the same reason as i chose armor for seals
Quintessence - Even tho i do not stack health regeneration anywhere else in my build(unless i get force of nature on a situation that calls for it) i like this because it makes early game easier to farm minions
I enjoy this Defensive build because it goes well with how he works and really well with the runes I chose. Defensive along with his W is great for harassment. The extra MR and Armor is just beastly. Although be prepared for non high damage output. even with offensive mastery build his early game does not hit hard at all, and that's ok, just think of it like tyrndamere....his mid - late game owns hard in his skill sequence ill explain more why i believe his defensive build is great with his W and E! A point that can played around with is the "Greed" point, you can also throw it into Ardor.....but I'm greedy as f!@#....soooo ya :)
FARM FARM FARM MINIONS!!!!!! This build is a little bit more expensive then normal builds
Trinity Force is a core item!
Their are a lot of different ways to start this off. Most people tend to get doran's blade....meh not me...I am sure you already know but it costs 475. I like to start off with a simple long sword and yes I know it is only ten AD and has no life steal or health or armor but I do not really have a problem getting this item. The long sword leads into the Phage which i like to get early as possible. I get the Phage or the boots of swiftness first, depending on the situation depends on what I get first. If my lane is already dominating I will get the boots, if not then the phage. Often times I get them both at the same time when i visit back to the store. the Phage will lead into the trinity force (yes rushing Tforce is a good idea early game).
Alright so you have your phage and boots of swiftness, now I like to get more attack speed before I continue to build the Tforce. I farm up until I get the zeal then the sheen adn finalyl the TFORCE!!
My next item is Madred's Bloodrazor, after reading this your probably like son of a B!@#$ this is an expensive build...well.....told you it was xD!!! I was playing a match and my team was being dominated, and once I had this item along with Tforce and boots of swiftness....well one I was to fast for even Kata to catch up to me(she did not have swiftness boots like some Kata's have) my attack speed and little amount with criticals mixed with what the bloodrazor game me and my AD was just unstoppable around level 14. I was a big reason of the enemy team surrendering WHILE we where behind in kills and towers.
Now i shouldn't say you'll be unstoppable but you will do a nice chunk of damage these two items are a nice jump, and I say this because early game your not to terribly strong. Wukong is definitively mid-late game kinda champ.
I enjoy getting the black cleaver next for a tad bit more attack speed and of course the AD :)
After this I get the Tiamat. Gotta love attack speed and splash damage :) Bloodthirster is my last item for AD and some lifesteal.
Now this build has no defense because I can not tell you what the enemy team is like, if need be substitute Tiamat out for a banshee or thornmail or force of nature or what ever your champ needs to survive. ALL builds are based on situations so do not take any build to heart in my opionion
AD nor AP scales with crushing blow, but the 30% armor reduction is epic. since your basically just trying to farm a few minions till level 3ish I get it at level 3. Q is basically a great opener to start mowing down the enemy. Q is also good to use after Nimbus Strike(E), charge in then reduce armor then hurt em! This also allows other Ali's to hurt to.
AP scales with Decoy(W), but I DO NOT stack AP except whatever comes from trinity force. Decoy is amazing for offence and defense maneuvers. not only can you pop a decoy to get away, if your auto walking and you press S to stop in your tracks a lot of players will think your the clone and pass you up. Another great technique i found that works great is lets say your in a bush and you know the enemy is in the next bush go to the edge of the bush pop your decoy then move in undetected and then bam!! Q then then if he runs out of reach E and/or R (or other way around its all situation dependent)
AD scales with Nimbus Strike, It's great for catching up to enemies and dealing a nice chunk of damage. I don't get any mana regeneration but i use this ability to farm up minions especially since his build is a little bit more expensive then usual Not much else to say i kinda covered this ability while explaining the the other two abilities :)
AD scales with Cyclone!! This ultimate is fun to use, he spins rapidly like Garen's ult and does damage per second. You may be a little like what the f it only does 20 damage plus the ad bonus damage, well its damage PER second.Tho at skill level one it is only 20 damage plus AD bonus damage it's still pretty powerful. Now this ability can be used to guarantee a kill, do massive damage in a team to guarantee a kill for you or for your team, and to get away in a really tight situation. This ability knocks them in the air for a seconds and you pick up speed as the ability goes on. You are also able to use ghost and flash while this ability is active!
Now as you can tell i didn't put to many points into Q till the end. This is a personal choice because at skill level 5 it does 150 extra damage, and while that seems to be a lot, i would rather lower the cooldown on me W and and get the 200+ damage from that, you can put your points in visa versa and rank up your Q before your W but I seem to get people to fall for my decoy a lot, and not because he is a new champ it all depends on when you use it.
Flash - you can use this WHILE your ultimate is active. It also leads to getting away in a tight spot and to help catch up to an enemy
Ghost - same reason as flash :)
MORE WILL BE ADDED WHEN I GET TIME!!!!!!
