The summoner spell choices are simple.

Ghost: To help catch an enemy player while greatly increasing his damage thanks to Hecarim's passive.

Ignite: For the extra bit of damage to clean up and reduced healing during the duration.

You might be asking yourself "why did he not spec into movement speed in the utility tree?" The answer is simple in that, with all the items and summoner spells given in this guide, the talent points would almost be a waste compared to how I've spec'd him. With the talent points the way they are it focuses on doing as much damage as possible while giving you a bit of survivability (which every good player needs).

The runes I have set up are to insure the most amount of damage early on with it scaling up progressively as you level. I have set 2 movement speed Quintessences to help out a little bit with his passive which gains attack damage with bonus movement speed.
