Tryndamere's abilities don't have any cost related to them, therefore the use of his abilities is only limited by cooldowns. Instead he uses Fury as his secondary bar. Tryndamere starts with 0 Fury, and has a cap of 100 Fury. He gains 5 Fury per autoattack, plus 5 extra Fury per critical strike and 10 extra Fury per any unit he kills. When out of combat for 10 seconds, Tryndamere loses 5 Fury every second.
His "Q" ability convert all his fury to health, an excellent ability to solo top and jungle as you can easily regain health just basic attacking monions and with no mana cost. The "W" ability is great for ganks, it slows the enemy so that you can hit him more times. His "E" abilty is excellent for ganks and to escape too, when you use it you spin on the direction you want passing through walls, not so usefull to damage the oponnent that's why you should take it as the first point but max it last.
For him, you will need to focus on damage and critic itens and second on attack speed and some lifesteal. Following this item sequence shown on this guide, you'll have an extremelly strong damage, a good attack speed, some lifesteal to make you more durable and a single defense item for you to be able to use your ultimate on late game situations that a second makes all the diference.
Ghost: You can take this is spell instead of flash if you feel more secure.
Ignite: This is the second option for you to take instead of exhaust, but for top solo exhaust do a better job than it.
Heal: Dont take it, this is something for a support champion and you have the bloodlust that will heal you for a small amount.
Smite: Obviously, take it if you are going jungle, but this is not the appropriate guide for a jungle tryndamere.
Teleport: Teleport is excellent for backdoors, but taking this spell will pretty much prejudice your harassment and the escaping from death.
Cleanse: Dont need to take it cause you are going to buy the quicksilver that has the same effect.
These runes are aimed to give you a much more sustainable early game, as you are a meele character, can be easily harassed bt ranged champions and you are much more focused on the late game. On marks you'll want to build crit chance in order to harass your oponnent a little more counting on your bloodlust too.
Tryndamere is a champion much more focused on the late game, so on the very begining of the match dont try to go for a kill, just keep farming minions in order to build your itens. After infinity edge, you can pretty much dominate the game, you'll have a nice damage + a reasonable crit chance + a great crit damage. On late game, you can build another phantom dancer or another blood thrister instead of black clever is your opponents arent build armor itens, but with at least one blood thrister and one phantom dancer, your attack speed, crit chance and lifesteal are awesome.
