Thank you for the assistance, I added Guardians angel and removed Sword of the Occult to highten Nocturne's survivability.

This build looks to be quite promising actually. Apart from a few things i see nothing wrong here. You seem to be a smart player and know what ur doing. Goodjob keep up the good work

The idea of the build is quite good actually but the application of it wont work. This is a good build if you can manage to get fed pretty early game. That sword of the occult paints a big red target on your head once you start to get stacks and unless you start applying more armor or health your gonna drop faster than you know what hit you in team fights. Nice idea but like i said it just not practical.
