Thanks for the comment I only published what runes I had at the time and not having the right runes kind of affected my mastery. I just changed them now to what runes and mastery I plan on having when I get the ip to buy them. Figured it would be better this way.

Crit chance and crit damage runes are in every way inferior to armor penetration. You'll also need armor seals if you want to have a chance at jungling successfully with Nocturne. Also note that you're not running any utility masteries at all, meaning that you're losing out on a whole 45 seconds of blue and red buff. And with Nocturne's poor mana pool, you'll need those buffs for ganks.
