+1 but i have to say:
vlad dont need warmog's armor he need ap items and with 500 ap he has 4000hp and also i have to say that this is a small build u have to improve it.but i voted +1 to get a possitive score

kinda weak build, you focus on being a tank but still you get unnecessary items like 2 pair of boots, spirit visage (if you need increased healing go for spellvamp as its way more usefull, i prefer will of the ancients for it) ect. If you want to focus on vlad tank i can't give you a build example yet (mine is AP focused) but i suggest you focus on enough cooldown reduction to spam with transfusion early while keeping health increase items and spellvamp to increase your survivability. (and to deal more damage due to crimson pact)
