Doesnt everyone hate Teemo........ heres how to make people hate him more! if you play this right then people will be rage quitting here, there and everywhere! Hope you enjoy.
Flat AP and magic pen explains itself.
Armor is good to reduce creep damage in early game as you will be running straight on through those creeps to grab that kill.
+10 AP helps early game with ignite boost.
Spell Pen very important for any caster.
Mana/XP/CDR main features
Start with dorans shield for survivability in lane. You will still have close to 40 AP with ignite on CD, so you have the damage and the health regen to stay in lane.
Pop back quickly when your lane is pushed forward enough and you have 1100 for Sorcerers Shoes, hopefully you will have enough for a mekis pendant or sapphire crstal for additional mana so you can start dominating with shrooms.
Once back in lane this is where it starts to happen. You must now begin to build a fort around your lane with shrooms so that you can easily harass the other champs and push the tower without woorying about being ganked. I have played teemo a lot so know where to place shrooms for best effects, but you will easily work it out yourself.
Once you have farmed up loads you can start building your archangels and rabadons at the same time. It would be preferable to get rabadons first but it doesnt really matter, they are both great items for AP teemo.
As you get onto mid game you may be needed elsewhere around the map so do as you see fit, try get some kills and help your team out but whenever there is spare time go back and push in your protected lane or start to creat a fort around the other lanes which you have not been in.
Once teemo has the rabadons/archangels/lich bane combo, he does tremendous damage with both blind shot and poison. Shrooms are starting to really ruin the other teams plans as they try and move across the map they have to sacrifice atleast half their HP :P this is what reallllly annoys people about teemo. Try pick up these stray champs and destroy them with your two shot burst and DoT poison.
Late game the only way to succeed with teemo is to have banshees. He must be able to get in range for a nuke then out of range without being stunned. Nobody can catch a teemo, especially with ghost so CC is the only thing stopping this little creature from destroying the other team.
Sell Dorans Shield. The last item is really situational, you may have already got a soul stealer if you were really confident early game, rylais makes teemo pretty hard to kill but the slow is not that important, abyssal scepter can work against heavy AP teams, like wise zhonyas hourglass can work against heavy AD teams. Guardians is also an option and warmogs can work. I honestly have no preference in this department i just use my brain and think which would be best.
PS: Constantly spamming abilities increases your AP slighlty with AA Staff so dont be afraid to put shrooms pretty much anywhere.
Ignite is a great spell for early game and this is where Teemo must do well to dominate in late game.
Ghost is my favourite summoner spell in the whole game, who wouldnt want extra pace to chase or run away.
Flash is also very nice as it gets you out of a sticky situation when CC's are involved
Teemo is so good he pretty much has his own summoner spells with move quick and poison.
Against clever teams AP teemo is good for controlling the map and supporting by disabling the ad carry.
This is a really fun build and you are guarenteed to enjoy blowing up multiple targets with your shrooms, then running in and out of team fights slowly picking off each opponent. Just play smart and stick with it. You must know when to stop and your limitations as with any champ.
