She can't farm against any typical mid laners. You'll do nothing but sit back and farm with your E, or you will die. You will be completely starved for gold and your lane opponent can freefarm off of you. 2. Her q and w skills are completely useless for offense. Q is not even a factor, and w just makes you faster. These skills will do no damage, meaning you basically have 2 spells. A ****py nuke with a long cooldown, and an ultimate that does moderate damage at the expense of THROWING YOURSELF INTO THE ENTIRE ENEMY TEAM. What other typical ap champ has a spell that puts them 100% in harms way? Just because a champ has ap ratios, that doesn't mean they can be played as a mage. If you want, you can play around with magic pen shyvana. Throw a haunting guise in your early build and get some magic pen in your runes, but your effectiveness will suffer.
