You stack too much Armor Penetration, and after a point this strategy loses its effectiveness as the one item counters the other. You defenetly shouldn't use Last Whisper along with Black Cleaver as they don't work well together, take either one or the other(I would suggest Last Whisper).
Also, in most cases Atma's Impaler will be more usefull instead of Guardian Angel when you build Warmog's Armor. In general you shouldn't build Warmog's Armor if you don't plan on buying an Atma's Impaler afterwards.
Eleisa's Miracle is just not worth it. If you really want to harass that much take a Chalice of Harmony, although I wouldn't really suggest doing that either.
In general, you are on the right path but you need a few adjustments :)

I agree with Simplifyx that in your first build it would probably be better to switch the Warmog's Armor and the Guardian Angel around as the warmogs needs a little time to accumulate that bonus HP and the Guardian angel is most effective when everyone is approaching their final builds.

Other than that, I quite like your third build, getting the Warmog's Armor and then Atma's Impaler followed by Frozen Mallet means you're getting a decent chunk of damage as well as getting a huge amount of health. Sustainability and damage = success.

The second build seems slightly odd to me. In terms of harassment, I would have thought you would want high damage items with a lot of armour pen so that when you hit, it hits hard. I agree with the boots choice and I can see why you chose Eleisa's Miracle for the tenacity to make up for the lack of Mercury's Treads but the other stats are pretty rubbish for it and I wonder if you wouldn't be better off getting merc's treads and a Trinity Force as it gives you enough movement speed that you will be faster than most of the enemy, gives you a decent chunk of everything and the passive would be great for harassment.

Black Cleaver also seems an odd choice as it's more effective the more you hit someone. Not really a harassment item choice and more of an outright kill item.

Bloodthirster is the highest damaging item in the game at full stacks. 20 more damage than an infinity edge. The lifesteal is still useful because your attacks are melee and you won't JUST be using your abilities, you will be hitting away at them as well.

Personally I think the guide LOOKS really good. I like the images and the layout. I like the colours as well, so in terms of aesthetics, it's an effective guide.

Would be good to add some more sections on things like combos, tactics, how to cope with being less effective late game etc. I would also go in to a lot more detail about how to use skyfall as it is ridiculously hard to aim and time. You could talk about co-ordinating it with someone using Randuin's Omen so that the enemy are slowed enough for all of them to be in the blast radius etc.

Just some thoughts, hope they help! Feel free to ignore all of them as you please.

not convincing to me that the build is good. only provide simple reason for the item chosen, still leave me in doubt whether this build will be useful anot.

I do not believe that rushing Guardian Angel as your first big item is a good idea, because the extra life early game is not that nice for 2.6k gold. The icon's are a little big, so make it a little smaller. Add some more sections to this guide.
