I like the tips it's been really helpful though I like building the youmuu's ghostblade since it makes escaping alot easier and brings in the attack speed, though that's just me idk if it's viable or not.

Its a great guide, but i'd like to see a chapter about utulizing his stealth more.
My common way of teamfighting is the following: I stay in the back and really try not to be seen by anyone. When they engage, thinking i'm not there, i go in like a madman. I see so many players going frontline with twitch or generally use their q while they are seen

The masteries you have listed come out to be 22/8/0 not 21/9/0 like your guide says you run.

Not sure what you think of it, but this guide is rather general.
If you want to achieve better understanding of gameplay, you need to take your builds to the next level, and adapt to the game.

For example:

Phantom Dancer + Blade of the Ruined King are of course a good idea, but does your build value attack speed over sustain?
An alternative to this set-up, you could use something like:
Bloodthirster + Runaan's Hurricane for way more sustain, without losing much of that attack speed.

I value building higher damage and sustain over attack speed, simply because Twitch already has a great attack speed self-buff from his Q Ambush.
Therefore it's generally more beneficial to go for damage.

I'd like to point out yet again, as the above commentors have said;
You can NOT max an ability by level 8.
As confusing as the mobafire layout for the skill point table is, do not let it misguide you into thinking that you can actually max a skill by then.

I think your coding skills still aren't all that professional on this guide, but you've clearly understood something. Give out your main points in the guide with a color or two, and use paragraphs to clean out some of the space. Nice use of pictures and media in general. You also need to check some of your grammar mistakes.

For the reasons above I can't downvote your guide, but I'm not convinced to upvote it either.
Best of luck on the field, Summoner!

21/9/0 Mastery is better IMO, and you can't max a skill by level 8.

At your runes section, you have:

instead of "Greater" ones.

You cheat sheet is a bit consfusing because you mention your core items in the last folder. I think purchasing Berserker's Greaves that early isn't great so you should pref things like Bilgewater Cutlass or B. F. Sword early on. Spirit Visage isn't really viable and Warmog's Armor is a rather random defensive item.

Edit: You cannot max an ability at level 8!
