Introduction
I hope you guys will give it a try and leave any comment of how you like it after trying this build. Thanks and enjoy!
Starting with doran's blade really help with early survival and added punch for ambushing an enemy. Then I move on getting mercury boot to make sure I can always get away when routing enemy from behind to harass-kite them. Malady is what I get next for Teemo for more dmg and dots while harassing enemy out of nowhere. I chose dancing blade after Maladay is because I love how it increase my mobility, atk spd, and crit. Helps a lot when I ambush a group of enemy and lure them into the jungle with my mushrooms.. where I start kiting and pick them off one by one. Frozen Mallet is great after dancing blade because it not only helps with my kiting, but also increase my hp for survivability. Black Cleaver to make me more efficient in killing tanks ambushing in late game while kiting. Last I get Banshee for more survivability while kiting annoying stun, snare spell casters. I would recommend selling doran after banshee and get Hextex Gunblade to dominate more in the end.
I get all 3 skills first because all has it's usefulness. Toxic shots is what I max out first after getting the 3 skills and ult for making kiting enemy a lot more efficient. Plus it also guaranteed me couple of kills when they're running away. blinding and run speed both are very important because I usually run very quick to enemy blind hit them 2-3 times and back out.. consistently doing that to harass enemy. When they are low... I back out and go behind them and finish them off. I usually plant my mushrooms everywhere around where I will ambush of my escape route & bushes whenever the cool down is up. Mushroom is your best friend and escape route.
