Thanks for the comment, I added it to add 15% more snare to his ultimate so people can't run out as easily, although I cannot remember the last game I played where I built a Rylai's on Nunu :P

Not a big fan of rylais on NuNu, maybe replace it with a soul shroud for cooldown reduction since nunu already has a slow.
