• Ok so I kinda skimmed the guidesince it's not a champ guide.
• Layout was fine I liked the section classifications that was nice.
• you need to sort out the lanes a little better because NO ONE plays cass top or draven and you put them as top laners.
• good mention on a lot of things escpecially contributs, maybe talk about team comps like vlad, kennen and how team fight will go with these comps. and how to counter them.
• work on what you classyify as what, some are iffy at best.

I try to be inclusive on the champion lists instead of leaving out lesser-played champions, hence Draven and Cass being included on top. Draven and Cass top lane is actually not that rare since there are some who go offtank Draven and the AP mid, AP top playstyle is around too. Both have very good poke and sustained damage, and are frighteningly effective against the likes of Darius and Udyr who can't close the distance. In particular, Cass wrecks Malphite bad due to him relying on armor and losing out on both burst and susatined damage.

Yeah, the classification isn't great, but I can't do aything about the borderline cases until more opinions are voiced.

• Actually, with careful ward placement, bot lane can be actually safer fot blue. A ward at Dragon not only covers, well, Dragon, but it also covers the blue buff purple jungle exit. Combined with a ward from mid, I found that this can almost completely shut down bot ganks. Top can try something like that, too, but an early Baron ward is not nearly as practical as a Dragon ward.
  
  
• Ok, Taric is definitely not just a poke / sustain support. He runs a very potent kill lane which can swap to a zone lane at a moment's notice with an extra point in Imbue, and if all else fails, a transition into a poke / sustain lane or a defensive lane can be done. Taric's strength is his versatility.
  

Thanks for everything! Taric has been added to the Kill and Defensive bot lanes. However, I'm going to sit on the warding bit since the Dragon is usually Vision-Warded by either team, and due to the ward wars a jungler might know if it is warded. Once the river is warded at any location, the jungler can at some personal risk gank by running inside the opponent jungle to the tribrush. So, for Blue to be safe, both the tribrush and one spot on the river must be warded.
