Great build, though try to take veteran's scar as it would help your early stage a lot

3. I see that this guide is for top solo lane. I disagree with maxing out first, and leaving last. While is really useful with the slow, would be much better because does True Damage, making your damage insane early game. If an maxes out last, they would be doing absolutely no damage with the skill because 340 damage when everybody is Level 18 is hardly anything, considering that super squishy champions already have about 1900 health.
