Introduction

This is an Olaf guide for The Twisted Ttreeline. May work on the Summoner's Rift as well.

For the newbies: Olaf is a melee AD champion, who is really fun to play, if you get used to it, so don't be afraid, when you aren't godlike in one of your first games with him.

Pros / Cons

Pros

- Tanky
- Crushing everything lategame
- Awesome passive
- True damage ( comes handy in early-mid game )
- Ult makes you unstoppable!

Cons

- Not the best early on
- Lack of CC ( only that skillshot slow:( )
- Has no gap closers

Runes

Why armor pen? Because it's a rare thing in game, there are only a few items providing armor pen, but there are a lot of attack speed/damage items. On the other hand, your ult has a passive flat armor penetration, so these marks are just great with your ult together.

Greater Seal of Resilience
You can also use flat dodge seals, but since you are a bit squishy early game, and in 3v3 you will often go against other AD melee champs (for example: Xin Zhao or Tryndamere , so flat armor is the best you can take.
