This build is kinda weird. I'm not going to judge though, I am not a player.

However your guide looks simply crude and incredibly dull (sorry), and you should definitely add some coding. You should've read jhoijhoi's guide, and add some basic codings in. This guide isn't gonna get a high vote unless you put in some effort.

There are many things wrong with this guide but to sum it up: why are you doing everything like a dumb full-dmg apc in support role? x.x

Runes: I think you should switch your whole setup because even if you might gonna build AP most supports should use a more defense Rune setup. For instance you can use Hybrid Pen Marks, Armor or Health Seals, Magic Resist or CDR Glyphs (scaling eventually included) and Health, AP or CDR Quintessences.
Items: Way too many Mana Potions and starting with Ancient Coin or Spellthief's Edge is mandatory. Imo Sightstone is still core and when building it switch your trinket to Sweeping Lens. Boots of Swiftness a rather bad in comparison to MR, Armor or CDR Boots. Abyssal Mask is more a situational option and items like Mikael's Blessing, Morellonomicon or Zhonya's Hourglass are also considerable.
Masteries: Focus more on the utility tree because setups like 0/13/17 or something else will help you gaining more gold and fitting in your role as a marksman aid even better.
