The general idea with this build is to create a fast attack speed, magic damage dealing, support character. With this build you can either go top solo, mid solo, or bottom, paired with another support. You may think it's a troll build, going by her designation, but I encourage you to try it before voting so that you can see for yourself how well it can work.

Early game: Strong
Mid game: Average
Late game: Above Average

[Pix, Faerie Companion] A nice source additional damage. By level 2, this is already adding on as much damage as Malady. And by lvl 6 it's doing as much as the Whit's End.

[Glitterlance] will help you by dealing additional damage, and also slowing your opponents so they can't escape as easily.

[Whimsy] is great for shutting down an opponent in team fights. It can also save you in a pinch from ganks by increasing your speed so you can GTFO, or by turning that pesky melee opponent, who's about to pummel you, into a cute squirrel just long enough for you to reach a tower.

[Help, Pix!] will help you with your survivability. Also a decent source of dps.

[Wild Growth] more help with survivability. Do not forget about the knock-up part of this ability. And as a ranged auto attacker with this build, slow comes in handy.

Since much of our damage will be magic, on-hit from our items, we won't be concentrating on AP in the Offense tree. We'll grab the 10% MP and move on.

The rest of the points I have put into Defense for survivability. Clearly you're not going to be tanking, but you're very squishy, so anything you can get to help with that is great.
