The reason it is an advanced build is b/c you must mid to get the money you need. This build is only useful if you are able to get large amount of assists or kills. The key to this is to go to other lanes when your opponents are half life or lower. the way to kill them is easy put your incredible slow on them so your other team members can catch them, and put one bomb, then rewind, then another bomb. As you get kills or assists the damage will significantly increase. As you start doing hack damage the other team will most likely target you, so if you don't mind the cut in ability power, get guardian angel to help you keep your stacks, and stay alive.
