I have a horribly short attention span so this is going to cater to those like me, lvl 1 take q, poke/cs with it, lvl 2 take e, poke/cs note you can poke with e and walk any distance and the laser will still follow the trail. Lvl 3 I personally like to take w just in case of early ganks which happen a lot to me. Max your e first then q then w taking your ult when avaliable. When to ult, in a team fight initiate with w, at worst you seperate the enemy team at best you capture them, if capture then ult and follow up with e then q someone, if you dont capture them e in the direction of the enemy your team isnt engaging, q the engaged targets and ult inti the unengaged targets to prevent a regroup, vik is more about area denial then anything. Also ult when trying to push a tower and the whole enemy team is guarding it, that'll break them up. Some champs to look out for: leblanc, syndra and fizz, ive never lost a lane to zed so I cant really say watch out tho hes supposed to be strong against vik.
