introduction
Ghost
i go with ghost because i feel that it is vital both early and late game. early game you can use it to set up ganks and to chase people down if needed. late game its great for when people flash because you can easily catch up to someone with flash if you ghost
Smite
Smite is standard for more junglers. i save the first smite for blue wraith because i feel he gives me the most trouble. also when you take the smite mastery you get 10 extra gold per use

i take a 23/1/6 mastery page. i go deep into the offensive tree because that is what tryndamere is. he is a high damage dealing character with very little need for much else. I put one point into defense for the summoners resolve because that allows for 10 extra gold per smite usage which can really add up late game. finally i go 6 into the utility tree for an added 1% move speed. 1% may not seem like much but it makes a large difference in the jungle
Skills are pretty standard for any trynd build. you get bloodlust at level 1 for the healing. you max bloodlust whenever you can. Next at lvl 2 you take spining slash, this is the second thing you max out. at lvl 4 however you take mocking shout in order to slow when you go in for a gank or to alert you of nearby enemies. you max mocking shout last. finally you get your ult whenever you can since it prevents you from dying
runes are pretty standard. you take AP for the added damage which destroys jungle. Armor for the same reason. you take less damage and are able to get up to 2k before needing to go back. AS because the faster you attack the faster stuff dies. also when you get the vampiric specter early on those quick hits keep your health up very well
start with a vampiric specter. NOT CLOTH ARMOR 5 HEALTH POTS!!! your crits and rapid attack should keep you pretty much max health until minigolems. next you get boots for faster jungling, unless you have performed a couple ganks and can afford a bloodthirster. After boots you get a zeal and then a phantom dancer. the attack speed, move speed, and crit chance are killer ealry game. next if you didnt already get the bloodthirster. a maxed thirster is awesome when you can get that life steal up. next move on to a black cleaver this allows you to drop tanks very quickly. then another phantom dancer. and finish with an infinity edge if your match lasts that long
start off wolves. i kill the 2 blue ones first then move to the big one. (allows for more crits on the big wolf) next if you health is low use the lust stacks. otherwise ghost over to wraiths and smite the big blue one. get spining slash and kill the other red wraiths. move onto golems then. again if your low health use bloodlust if not the crit makes golems move by alot quicker. after golems bloodlust up and move to the 2 mini lizards at red. kill them but not the big red lizard. run over to blue golem and do the same. repeat the whole process but this time get the red and blue buff. if your at around half health or lower go back and heal up. if you have more then go take out an opponent for the added gold and help your teammates out then repear the jungle again. once you have a good amount of gold go back. if you can afford one get a BT sword, if not boots and a zeal. from here on you can kill any part of jungle. and still do ganks. once you have either boots-phantom dancer- vamp. scepter or boots- bloodthirster-zeal you should be able to dragon. this is normally around lvl 7-9. from here the jungle is free game and do it as your style permits
