Basically, here's how it works.
At level one when you enter lane, you wanna kill your opponent while he's at the tower. That's when he least expects it and will not be able to retaliate.
If you look at the Barrier Symbol, its a man holding up a golden tablecloth blocking a Turret Shot. If you use it, you can ignore the tower.
Now that you have the advantage, press on it. Remember, KS > CS. Never stoop so low as to attack creeps. The only worthy creeps you should attack are enemy Super minions but if you see one, it means you played wrong and you might as well begin looking for the uninstall button (Dial 911 for support)
At level 2, tell your laning opponent to "wait for you" in all chat. Then go to Baron and get your team a nice Baron Buff. There is nothing more swag than having Purple Minions while on the Blue Team.
Then, as you progress through the levels, you may die once or twice. This is completely fine. The more you die, the higher chance enemy will get Killing Sprees, meaning that if you kill them, you actually get Bonus Gold.
The general idea for your build is crits. At 100% Crit Chance, all your attacks will feature your classic overhead swing that's so swag that even if you don't actually do any damage, the enemy will run away from sheer fright.
You may be thinking, why Rabadons. Why Lich Bane if we don't even get any spells.
Well, there is a particular mastery called Arcane Blade which allows you to do 5% of your AP on every auto attack. This is ridiculous since if you have 200 AP, you will be doing 10 BONUS damage plus Crits. That means you will regularly be doing over 100 damage per autoattack, making you a force to be feared late game.
Now, why Lich Bane? You use your ultimate to proc Lich Bane for bonus damage. That way, every 90 seconds, your autoattack will do nearly double damage. This is only 88 seconds more than if you chose to get other abilities. The benefits are endless.
Never get abilities except your ult. Here's why.
First, your Q is basically a Heal. But your Summoner Spell is Heal and it looks WAY COOLER. Why bother having two heals? Only Noobs and Sona heal twice.
Second, your W makes you shout really loud. This is actually really helpful as it lets you chase enemies, duel, and CC people. However, this is too easily countered. All the enemy has to do is turn off their sound effects in Settings and all of a sudden, your ability is useless.
Third, your E makes you spin. YOU ARE NOT ******* GAREN. YOU DO NOT SPIN TO WIN.

And now, we come to the Ten Commandments of Tryndamere
1) Never CS
2) Always KS
3) If you ever need extra damage, ult to proc Lich Bane
4) If you need even more damage, ping for your team
5) Whenever you need to get a Buff or leave lane, tell everyone in All Chat to hold up
6) Always peel for yourself.
7) If you experience lag spikes, pause the game and go fix your internet
8) Always Counterpick. Tryndamere counters all.
9) Always use Barrier. There are no downfalls to holding a Tablecloth over your head.
10) Ignore your passive. You must always be at FULL FURY when playing Tryndamere. If at any time you aren't at Full Fury, flame in Chat and you will get your passive back up again.
