If irelia is soloing (which is 99% of the time, counting with the trollers) then she might need a bit more HP regen: I always upgrade my Hiten Style to Lv.5 first. Then the rest.
As for the items irelia has already a lot of damage output, in my opinion she doesn't need BT/IE/PD. I would build something more tanky, but thats just me..
Also, you need to explain why you've built that way, which you didn't..
Finally, whats with those runes dude?
