When in lane, use bear stance to stun and tiger to apply the dot. Use this combo to harass, you don;t necessarily have to commit to an all out fight. Once the target is weak enough, go in for the finish. Tiger stance maximizes your damage and bear stance allows for ganks, initiations, and escapes. Turtle stance is also good to lvl up after bear and tiger for additional life steal and a small bubble shield. The general rotation that you should try and work is bear to tiger to turtle. This allows for the initial stun, the follow up dot, and then the quick shield for the counter attack as well as better fight sustain. As soon as bear comes off cooldown, use it again for a follow up stun then back to tiger. Depending on how the fight is going, you might wish to stay in tiger to maximize damage, or stay in turtle for better tanking. The point of this build is to maximize damage around Udyr's attack speed as well as give him sufficient tankiness to cause chaos amongst the enemy team. In addition, the high cooldown reduction of this build lets you stay in almost perpetual attack and chase. Have fun.
