Pros
Very usefull for ganking with DECOY+NIMBUS STRIKE
Doesn't need blue buff.
Nice DMG and doesn't loose any hp if nice builded (life steal).
Long game champ+ build.

Cons

Underfeed is very bad, try to take ("steal")a pair of kills at the begining of the game.
If the teammate in my lane doesn't have range and the enemy yes, you are a bit f*c*ed.
Long cooldowns if you don't buy IONIANS BOOTS OF LUDICITY.

I've made 16/2 - 12/0 and more with this build, try it.
If they have a lot of AD in their team buy thornail instead of f mallet. If they have good AP buy mercury's treads instead of ionians boots.
JUNGLE:
Is not the best jungler, if you like this kind of champion try Lee Sin jungle just OP but you can also try with Wukong jugle. For jungling Lee or Wuk just buy Wrigle's Lantern starting with the armor at the begining of the game.
SKILLS:
You can make a 'combo' with the Nimbus Strike and the Crushing Blow, evry time you atack an enemy champion use Crushing Blow is for that why you have to level it up early in the game, you can also use it against towers. Nimbus Strike is nice for moving and to escape from enemy champions, when you are destroying a turret use it agains nearby minions, it grant you atack speed. Decoy is OP even if you may don't think so... If you are escaping NEVER go in the same direction after using it, except if you are going near your turret and you dont wan't to be tragected. It's also usefull to do surprise atacks because it grants you stealth so you can leave the 'clon' in the bushes and then go (in stealth) near the enemy champ you wan't to atack this is nice for ganking other lanes. Cyclone is nice in teamfigths because it deals damage to all the nearby enemies and it throw them into the air (so they can't move). Also very usefull to escape. Why? Because it throws the enemy into the air (only the first time he is hitted) and it grants you movement speed even if with the tinity your speed is very increased.
