Thanks for the feedback Eurner! As for the CDR boots, those are very useful, but you can make up for the loss of CD in runes, and even get more CDR using just runes than using the boots. Sorc boots help to get that extra damage in lane early on.
As far as starting without Doran's, I think its a fine way to go as well. The only reason I use Doran's first, is to push mid lane hard right away and it usually allows me to get FB. Without it, I just start with the Meki Pendant and a few health pots, but you have less damage this way.

Khazem- the reason you max out dissonance first is because its the ability that deals the most damage when scaled to its highest point. Attack only scales to 220, protection to 180, but Dissonance will scale up to 250. The way you combat the mana drain from it is by getting tear of the goddess. The reason that I go the extra step and get Arch Angel's over RoA is because you need Tear of the Goddess no matter what build you're using. So rather than build up to ToG and then just stop and start to build RoA, which takes you usually to about the 22-24 minute mark, I go straight Arch Angel. Your AP is increased by 3% of your max mana, and that scales up to 1000 mana. While thats only 30 AP, its only 30 AP from the bonus 1000 mana. Add the 30 bonus from the Arch Angel's to your ending base mana of 2925 (87.75 AP), you're now at 117.75 AP, plus the 42 AP from the 1400 mana Arch Angel's offers, you're now at 159.75. Then add the 45 AP Arch gives you, you're at a grand total of 204.75. RoA would take 62.376 minutes to equal this amount of AP, that's including the 80 AP it gives you off the bat. Arch is the better choice, simple as that.

Don't really agree with maxing Dissonance first, mainly cause of it's mana cost and how mana starving she is early game, even with a Tear.
I don't like the arcangels staff on Orianna either, I prefer to get a Rod of Ages first for my mana troubles, but that's probably just a personal opinion.

Really love the build. Archangel's makes the mana situation a lot easier on me, as well as adding the AP I need. Its like a 2 in 1 :D
