Spells:
Flash
Exhaust
Ability Order
Clockwork Windup (PASSIVE)
Orianna Passive Ability
Introduction
Greater Mark of Insight: These pretty much just help getting a little extra umph into her abilities.
Greater Glyph of Force: These help add ability power as the game goes on. (more AP, more damage)
Greater Seal of Knowledge: It is always nice to have more mana to cast more abilities. also with more mana, more AP from Archangel staff's passive.
Greater Quintessence of Avarice: since this build is a bit expensive, it helps to have extra gold. in a 40 minute game, this will give you 720 extra gold.

The masteries mainly focus on mana, mana regen, cooldown reduction, and magic penetration. i added the extra 2 gold per 10 seconds because this is an expensive build, and in a 40 minute long game, it will give you 480 extra gold. add that to the Quintessences, and it is an extra 1200 gold during the game. and that is just a 40 minute game.
Sorcerer's Shoes: extra magic penetration.(could also do boots of Lucidity if you want more CDR)
Rabadon's Deathcap: Tons of AP, plus it gives you 30% more AP from its passive which is nice.
4 Archangel's Staffs: these give you tons of mana, which is nice because i tend to run out quick with Orianna. also with their passive, the overload on mana gives you an overload on AP.
i get the Tear of The Goddess before the Deathcap because you will need to start building up mana from its passive for later in the game.

i started with Command Attack because it is pretty much the base of all her other abilities. because of this, i maxed it as fast as i could.
Command Dissonance was also very important to the build so i maxed it second.
Command Protect is very helpful late game, but not as much easrly game to me so i max it last
Command Shockwave is ranked at the normal 6-11-16.

Flash: just a good spell al round. can get you out of a mess or close the distance on someone.
Exhaust: helpful if you need to slow someone down just enough to maybe get a second round of abilities into em. (which if you can will most likely kill them)
Clarity could also replace one of these spells because like i said earlier, i run out of mana fast with orianna early game. but once in mid game, you will never need it, so i chose to leave it out.

Basically, this build is really fun and simple to do. i have made many people very frustrated while i use my Q then W, and it drops at about 2/3 of their health. Orianna has to be one of the most unique champions in the game, and is definately one of my favorites. if you try this build, you will be surprised how completely rediculous it makes any AP champion.
