Orianna is champion with high damage on basic attack. So on lane you have easy farm and you can harras enemys without using mana beacouse orianna is mana hungry.

UNIQUE Passive: Restores 12% of maximum Mana on kill or assist.
UNIQUE Passive - Mana Font: Increases Mana Regen by 1% for every 1% of missing Mana.

UNIQUE Passive - Enhanced Movement: +45 Movement Speed
(Magic Penetration: Magic damage is increased by ignoring an amount of the target's Magic Resist equal to Magic Penetration.)

UNIQUE Passive: Magic damage ignores 35% of the target's Magic Resist (applies before Magic Penetration).
+55 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Passive: Grants a spell shield that blocks the next enemy ability. This shield refreshes after no damage is taken from enemy champions for 25 seconds.
UNIQUE Passive: Grants 45 Health Regen per 5 for up to 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion or when the spell shield breaks.
Teleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.
Ignites target enemy champion, dealing 70-410 true damage (depending on champion level) over 5 seconds, grants you vision of the target, and reduces healing effects on them for the duration.
Orianna's autoattack deals additional magic damage. This damage increases the more Orianna attacks the same target.
Orianna commands her ball to shoot toward a target location, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage to targets along the way. However, it deals 10% less damage for each unit it hits (Minimum 40%).Her ball remains behind at the target location afterwards.
Orianna commands her ball to release an electric pulse, dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage to nearby enemies.The pulse leaves behind an energy field for 3 seconds, lowering enemy Movement Speed by 20/25/30/35/40% and increasing ally Movement Speed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds. This effect diminishes over time.
Passive: The ball adds 10/15/20/25/30 Armor and Magic Resist to the allied champion it is attached to.
Active: Orianna commands her ball to travel to and attach onto an allied champion, shielding them for 4 seconds from the next 80/120/160/200/240 (+40% Ability Power) damage.
Enemies the ball passes through along the way are damaged for 75% of the shield value: 60/90/120/150/180 (+30% Ability Power).
Orianna commands her ball to unleash a shockwave after a brief delay, dealing 150/225/300 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage to nearby enemies and flinging them into the air a set distance in the direction of the ball.

This runes help you a lot in early game and beacouse you need any defense. By me this runes are better but i play with Armor seals, Magic penetration marks, Magic resist per level glyphs and Ability power quints. Like first item i normaly buying Doran's ring with two health potions and if i have Armor and Magic resist it help me so much and when i have got normal Ability power runes i must going back every five minutes.
Masteries are to only for early game and you do not use them in late game so try to combine items with your playing style cuz when you play agresively you must have any mana regen

Orianna's playstyle is focused to farming and harrasing when you mean that you can kill enemy, try to kill him. On mid focus to vision but no to bush nerby you but to the bush nerby enemy red and tobig caw next to the enemy blue beacause must junglers does not cross the river and when you don't have vision this can be fatal for you. In late game you may not buying wads beacause after level six oriana has pretty good counter control(Slow and Knock airborn). In teamfights stand behind your team with attack damage carry throw your ball use ultimate and W this is combo to deal much damage to enemys who you pulled on your balls and guard you alais by command protect.
