Introduction
This is my first build here, and I am putting this build up because there are very few Orianna builds right now.
I am building her quick and nuke-ish which a little different then most are. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Greater Mark of Magic Penetration - Need to boost that AP up early on to help with Nukes
Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration - Even more AP to boost up early on to help with Nukes
Greater Seal of Replenishment - She runs out of mana fast, this will help with early and late game mana issues.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction - I used these in combination with the seals to help spam her skills as often as possible.

Teleport - I opted not to use flash or Ghost because she is fast enough when using Command: Dissonance. I use teleport mostly to support my team across the map.
Ignite - I like using ignite to help with the early/late game kills.

PROS:
Great deny and harrass in early game
Very good damage late game
Buffs Teammates
Debuffs Enemies
extremely nice escape mechanism, coupled with flash (or ghost) it will make you almost
Amazing Support Character

Short range on auto attacks
New playstayle that might be hard to learn quickly

We start off with Meki Pendant and 2 Health Potion for first trip survivability and mana regen. Her mana tends to be an issue at all phases of the game.
Next we should be working on our Berserker's Greaves. This should get her moving a bit faster and help spam Clockwork Windup a bit more.
Now we should start working on our Nashor's Tooth start with Stinger to boost your Clockwork Windup and reduce your cooldowns a bit.
Once you get your Nashor's Tooth you should be able to cause some serious chaos with your skills.
After that we will be working to build our nuking and a bit of staying ability with Rabadon's Deathcap --> Archangel's Staff --> Zhonya's Hourglass --> Void Staff
Next we should be working on our Berserker's Greaves. This should get her moving a bit faster and help spam Clockwork Windup a bit more.
Now we should start working on our Nashor's Tooth start with Stinger to boost your Clockwork Windup and reduce your cooldowns a bit.
Once you get your Nashor's Tooth you should be able to cause some serious chaos with your skills.

This is the current build that I am trying with her. I try to give her attack speed while keeping her a nuke-ish.
My thoughts on this build is to keep Orinanna attacking fast while boosting cooldowns and giving her enough AP to nuke. She is a bit squishy but if you play her right this will be a killer build.
