Hello all, this is my way to play Orianna, The Lady of Clockwork, and i hope that this helps everyone that wants to learn this character or wants to get tips from another Orianna player. Also, this is the first guide i've ever made, hope you guys like it :D
Pros / Cons
-Great utility (Shield,Speed Buff/Debuff, Your ult)
-Amazing Damage mid/late game (You'll be eating the ad carry with just one combo)
-Good escape with flash plus your Command: Dissonance.
-Although Orianna is an AP mid girl, you'll notice how this girl can be AP carry and Support at the same time!
-You have the most OP character of all, THE BALL, so OP, that it needs a pros/cons section.
However, no character is invincible, so some cons are:
-Squishy (although your shield can help with that)
-Mana hungry at start (But you'll get used to it and it won't be aproblem when you master her)
-She's been nerfed hard (or so i've heard, but since i started playing her after the Jayce patch, i see nothing wrong with her)
-She can be pretty team dependable, since it's easier to land your combos if you get help from your team
Pros / Cons (THE BALL)
-Deals lots of damage
-Has a line of sight (Free Ward!)
-It's THE Ball
-None (unless you lose control of her)
Summoner spells time!
I usually go with Flash and Teleport, since Flash is one of the most helpful spells, and i take teleport for covering turrets or ganking.
However, Ignite is also a good option when dealing against enemies with lifesteal or that annoying tryndaqueer.
Cleanse can be useful too, but i think that it might be a waste.
Heal Can be useful though, as well as ghost.
Surge might be useful, however, i personally find it unneccesary.
Exhaust might be good if you plan on using it with some friends.
-Clarity (I know, she's mana hungry, but at late game you'll find this useless, at least wit this build)
-Promote (That spell is better for other kinds of characters)
-Revive! (Well, if you want it take it)
-CV, leave that to the support, you have THE BALL.
For skills, you should always take your Command: Attack (Q) first, since its the thing that will let you control THE BALL, which, as described above, is OP, and will be doing most of the damage/CC/supporting, Orianna's main role is to dance, farm at start, and do some damage with lich bane.
At level 2, you take Cammand: Dissonance, which is your main damage output and makes THE BALL extremely dagerous, you'll max this out first for that reason. When reaching level 4 take you Command: Protect, a shield with a longer range than your Cammand: Attack, it will let you shield out enemy abilities, place the ball on top of your allies, giving them armor and magic resistance, and will let you use you Command: Dissonance and Ult (Command Shockwave), so it's very handy to shield your ally that dived those 5 enemies, so you can shield him, boost his speed, decrease the enemy's speed, CC them with ult and damage them.
And of course, max out your Command: Shocwave (Ult) as fast as you can.
-Take Q on first level
Farming is key!
Farming is gold!
Gold is Items!
Items are damage!
Damage is GG!
At start of the game you must farm as much as you can with your autoattack, dont use your abilities on minions, yet!
After you get Chalice of Harmony however, feel free to Q-W the ranged minions for some easy farm, as well as harrasing the enemy, just be wary of how much mana you have left.
