Hextech Revolver seems like a bad choice for Orianna. Her ball is out of range for her to benefit from the spell vamp, and she also shouldn't need it. She should not be taking that much damage that she needs an item like that.

This guide was also very poorly written, full of spelling mistakes. I would suggest going back and reviewing it.
