Introduction

Why hello there person reading this guide! This is my very first guide, and I figured I'd make it since it's something not so serious - over 1.5k Movement Speed Rammus! In this guide, I will teach you how to achieve this. And it's so simple! I will tell you exactly what to do, and it's quite entertaining. -WARNING- Do not bother reading this guide if you are a serious Dominion player.

Pros / Cons

Pros
-Over 1.5k movement speed with the Relic, Powerball, PDs, etc.
-Super attack speed.
-Super crit chance.
-When you have an Edge, amazing damage.
-Great escape tool, movement speed.
Cons
-No survivability.
-NO SURVIVABILITY.
-NO TANKYNESS.

How To Play Hyper Speed Rammus

Start:
Don't go for middle, rush straight to Windmill, try to grab Speed Relic with Powerball ONCE YOU HIT SPEED RELIC, and try to capture before the enemies get there. YOU. ARE. NOT. THE TANK.
Mid Game:
CONSTANTLY BE BACKDOORING THE ENEMY'S MID SPOT. When you have it capped, CAUTIOUSLY, gank bot. If not ganking bot, defend Windmill.
Late Game:
Just do the same sh*t as Mid Game all game long.

I mean really, it's only common sense. Dominion is just so hard to play. :D

Runes

Cooldown reduction, and movement speed. That's all you need to spam that Powerball.

Masteries

Gotta get that CDR, gold, and movementspeed. For the Offense tree, it doesn't matter whether you go for the +3 AD or the +3 AP, the +3 AD benefits your right click whereas +3 AP benefits your Powerball. Your decision, I personally prefer the +3 AP. Also have to get that death time reduction to be into the frey more often and backdooring more.

Items

The items
-BOOTS, you can get Swiftness or Mobility, I personally prefer Mobility.
-ZEALS AND PDs, get 2 Zeals at the start and then begin upgrading to PDs, and then get one Zeal and then upgrade to PD, and continue the pattern.
-FoN, Only get this if you're really needy for it, I personally don't get this unless they have a full AP team.
-EDGE, I only get this when I feel like doing more damage.

Skill Sequence

FOLLOW. THIS. SKILL. SEQUENCE. It's a must. Get Powerball at the last 4 levels because the only thing that gets benefits when leveling it up, is damage, which is not something I want. The downside about leveling it up is the extra mana cost. Get Defensive Ball Curl and Taunt equal, while getting ulty in between. Just read the damn Skill Sequence and stop reading this text.

Summoner Spells

Ghost, extra movement speed. - PREFERRED
Exhaust, slow your opponents. - PREFERRED
Flash, another escape utility.. But it's been badly damaged by Rioters. - SEMI-PREFERRED
Cleanse, only good if playing Draft Pick and you see the enemy has a lot of CC. - LESS THAN SEMI-PREFERRED.
EVERY OTHER SPELL SUCKS FOR THIS BUILD.
