Anyways, I still think AP Varus is really fun and really useful to play. He isn't very great in Normal games however, because he needs a lot of farm and is only effective once he has past 1.3 attack speed, 200 ability power, maxed out blight and maxed out Q or E - so basically mid-late game. Since Dominion is so quick paced, it is viable to use AP Varus.
At the beginning, you're going to want to go bot lane and farm. It won't be long until you get your malady and nashor though since Dominion moves so quick. You still want to assist in teamfights and capturing points but you're going to be the bot guy. 50% of the time it will be tough facing your opponent, but once you get your ult, results in duels should be in your favour. Once you have your malady and nashor, you have enough attack speed to stack blight on your enemy. Remember not to use your abilities on your opponents until you have 3 stacks of blight on them - the %maximum health as magic damage is going to be your main source of damage. At 500 AP, the stacks of blight will deal 30% of their maximum health as magic damage ! That's a lot of damage ! If you Ult them while they have 3 stacks of blight, that is one mega nuke !
Thanks for looking at my sloppy and ****py guide ! Spread the word about AP Varus >:D
