Like I mentioned in the description, the idea behind Youmuu's Ghostblade is to make it easier to take down turrets, as it synergises well with Alistar's passive. However, as I also mentioned, I rarely actually manage to get Youmuu's in a 50 minute game, unless I ignore Warmog's or I get a few kills - so it would perhaps make sense to get another Heart of Gold instead. If you do this, I would suggest swapping the first line of Offense Talents to 1 crit, 3 AP and then choosing either Abyssal Scepter or Banshee's Veil late game to replace Youmuu's (or take both and ditch Warmog's, though the %HP Regen from Force of Nature would take a hit from that).

The boots are likely a matter of preference - I get annoyed by not catching up with fleeing champions or being unable to make an escape due to being locked in combat with them. Combat speed is my priority, which is made useful by the fact that he can stay in the thick of battles for extended periods of time with this build.

Thanks for your feedback - I will reflect my comment in another section in the text.

Went 3-3-18 in a 38 min game. The build is okay. You do get that gold per 5, which is really nice since it will build into Randiun's and Shurelya's. Ran really slow to initiate with the boots of swiftness until I picked up the Shurelya (which was when we ended the game), usually I pick up a Mobility boot instead. The only thing I don't truly agree on is the Avarice blade, for Youmuu? The crits did nothing but made my last hits turn into a rage fest.

Good luck to anybody else.

It would be great to hear any feedback for this build - has anyone tried it out and how did it go? Thanks!
