Hmm so you obviously use autohits as well when you are trying to kill an enemy.And since you are having plenty of crits with Phantom Dancer and Yommus you should consider taking up deadlyness for more Crit Strike dmg.It will help you much more than the very low amount of Ap you get from Arcmahes Savvy.Also starting of with Aegis of Zeonia is not much preferable since Spear shot does way better ealy game harrasment and also cost much less mana.Well its up to prefrence but thats my personal opinion :).And yes i'll change my vote if you change some things for the better!.Already having Frozen Mallet in your build means a lot :D.

would u consider changing your vote if i changed somethings around? Im switching from exhaust ignite, to exhaust and flash. Also im going to change boots to either merc treads or ninja tabi.

Well although i like your idea of the philo stone overall i cant say i like your build very much :/.I was using berz Greeves for boots when i started playing panth and i saw that they where not as helpfull as Merc of Swiftness.Shurelya;s Reverie is overall bad for pantheon because it leaves you very vunerable and with no real defence against your enemies.This build overall is a total luckbuster to the whole metagame style and a Jarvan could easely kill you on any encounter.Also you use 2 points in Offensive Mastery for extra damage on creeps witch is a bit useless considering that you can easely farm just by using the auto crit from the HS passive.And in the end you are using Exhaust+Ingite.This might work in some games but its totally suicidal and if you dont get Extremely fed early game the Ignite will not help you later on.I am not here to drag you down just to help you :).I was using Exhaust+Ignite myself but I realized its not a very good combination on a such fragile char as Pantheon.Sorry for the downvote :(.I expect more from you!
