Hello! This is my second guide here on mobafire and this time it's for Pantheon. please read the whole guide before voting. To keep in mind is that the items i choose is not for every game, some games you might need a bit more magic resist, or more armor.
And to clarify this is not a build/guide for High ELO players, since they probably know what they are doing, this is for those who wanna try pantheon maybe for the first time or wanna see if there is any other way to build him!

Pros / Cons
*Realy fun to play!
*No escape mechanism
*A bit weeker late game
Greater mark of Desolation Armor penetration - kind of standard for a ADchampion.
Armor - Good for being in lane longer
Magic Resist - Also good for longer laning.
Greater Quintessence of Desolation - A bit more Armor pen is always welcome, you can change these for Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage if you prefer.
Pantheon as a champ has a realy strong early game, and to be able to do something later on you need to be fed, either with creeps or enemy champions so i play a big agressive. that is why i pick up
x2. do have that high damage early on.
For boots i usualy pick mercury's threads but if the enemy team has a lot of AD
then after my x2 i go for a bit more hp, and is perfect for that! a lot of HP to love. But since pantheon is a damage dealer i go for After the warmorg to boost my damage a bit more.
Sometimes it happens that i finish one or both The Bloodthirster before i go for Atma's Impaler
By now you should have great damage and a pretty large healthpool, so now it's time to build those into x2 so you can autoattack and regain the HP you lost.
If you have come this far into the game, wich is not often, i usually buy a tank item so i dont die so fast, cause the enemy team will have damage output aswell.
So if the enemy team has a lot of AD =
if the enemy team has a lot of AP =
or if the enemy team has a mix of it, you can go for .
But lets say their Corki and Lee Sin does insane amount of damage by this point but their Nautilus and Annie does none or gets shut down instant in every teamfight, you should go for .

I wanna maximize my damage in the beginning so i will get that gold asap.
So i start with skilling in Spear Shot , you can harrass your oponent or use it to lasthit minions for farm.
Second i go with Aegis of Zeonia for that stun if your jungler is comming to gank or your enemy is stupid enough to towerdive you.
And when i hit level 3 i go for the Heartseeker Strike so you have your full combo:
Spear Shot + Aegis of Zeonia + Heartseeker Strike + Spear Shot
When you hit level 6/11/16 i put my skills in my ultimate
After that i maximize the Heartseeker Strike so you get a lot of damage when you do it!
and if i cant put a skill in that or my ultimate i go for Spear Shot and i level up Aegis of Zeonia last.
For summonerspells i would recomend
Other good ones are:
- if you like ghost over flash
- good for finishing of an enemy early game or preventing a enemy to be healed to much
- if you feel like you take to much damage
- If you wanna spam Spear Shot
- If you dont want to loose to much xp and golv while in base.
- Always good to remove those stuns and slows
Summoner spells you shouldnt use:
- leave that for your support
- just no, not worth it, if you die you deserve it
