i play pantheon accordingly
first blood- if you score the first kill go back after reaching level two by then you should have killed enough creeps to score enough gold to by you boots
from here is how you build i usually get blood thirster so that i can get life steal, from there you get a pickaxe, bf sword. you then decide from there to go for your other blood thirster or your ie depending if you haven't died yet i go for the other blood thirster, i then go jungling to finish the stacks then go for one or two more champions then go by another bf sword save for an ie.
remember now this if you don't die if you die then you go for a phantom dancer for the crit and the movement speed by doing this you increase not only your killing rate but you also increase surivalbility
