Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
This is the Pantheon build that i use. It seems to work out pretty well. I am able to harass the whole time and really don't need to worry too much about Mana. If you try this build and it works for you then let me know please. If it doesn't seem that great or you think it can improve some other way please let me know. When I first tried this build I didn't think it would work, so don't knock it 'till you try it please. I decided to go with the Frozen Mallet because it adds a little Health and a little attack damage. I understand that everybody that takes Pantheon likes to go with his Heartseeker Strike max out first, I choose to go with Spear Shot maxed out first because of the harassing ability that it provides. If you like to go with Heartseeker Strike first then do that, but if you like harassing I will suggest trying the Spear Shot.
I like to start the game with boots of speed, two mana potions, and one health potion. I then finish off building my Ninja Tabi. My next item is Meki Pendent followed up by Tear of the Goddess. Then the rest are in order of the build.
Go with Spear Shot early to harass the enemy. By harassing you will cause your enemy to go back to base more then they usually need to, in return allowing you to gain levels and gold faster then the enemy.
I would suggest not opening a battle with Aegis of Zeonia save that for when they try to run. It causes a stun that will help your teammates deal the damage needed to destroy the enemy.
Grand Skyfall is a great way to get a last kill or a first surprise hit on the enemy. Wait for your allies to get near the enemy then drop a little behind them. When enemies realize that you are coming, they tend to run towards their base, so dropping in behind them will usually get a better hit on them. Just remember that the closer the enemy is to the center of the impact zone the more damage Grand Skyfall will do.
A little bit more HP
Slows targets to get the kill
Doesn't deal huge amounts of damage
Doesn't have any life steal until later game
Still not a tank
