everything except glyphs and the use of the utility tree looks good. i think you would be much better served getting mr/level glyphs, since you get no bonus for the entire game and the 2.5 ad you currently get there won't make a difference. i would also say, especially with the -20% healing, it's been said bagillions of times that the perseverance mastery is way worse than . if you want, i can point you to forums on that. second, should get the two points you put in . i've even seen ryze builds recommend that. and finally, get buff duration over 1gp10. since you get at least 30gp5 for doing nothing anyway, won't be noticed at all. other than that...
yes, pantheon is god with blitz
+1. runes and masteries are really minor things. overall, i liked it. and those are my protips.
