This is a build test for Pantheon that i have been working on for a while i will show you why i like to build him this way and why i choose to test this build on this sight.
For runes i chose attack damage to give him an egde in damage and armor runes to gain a little more armor against those who could do the most damage (champs like Darius or Garen). I know that a lot of people use armor penetration runes for Pantheon but to be honest I like going with the Damage runes and armor runes to turn him into a damage tank early game. armor pen is more for late game but usually i play fast game. If it turns into a late game however i have to compromise with items.
For masteries I go for the 21/9/0 because its more for offense Panth then defense Panth this way i can use him more to get turrets down faster with Destruction and gain a little attack speed early game. However i still give him 9 in defense so that he isnt too squish early game with veteran scars, and a couple in hardiness and resistance.
For his build its still a test on the items I need for him in late game. However in Early game, if you farm enough then you wont have a problem with this build if you cant or you have someone harass a lot (like Kayle) then you might have a problem. I start with boots and 3 health pots to make him maintain top as fast as possible. Sometimes I do boots, 2 health pots and 1 mana pot if its someone im going to need to work on. From there i try to get enough for at least a Vampiric Scepter or Merc treads. I either start to build the Hydra (usually for more damage and help better farming) or the Blade of the ruined king (which helps kill champs faster). Once i get those items completed, I then build Warmogs for health and Suncape for some damage resistance. if the game goes on for too long or they get really tanky, I then build a black Cleaver for armor pen and so that i can do a lot more damage.
They way that I like to do my skill sequence is max Q first E second and W third while getting my ult at 6, 11, and 16. The way i grab my skill is at levels 1, 4, 5, 7 and 9, i grab my Q; at 3, 10, 12, 13, and 14, I grab my E; at 2, 8, 15, 17, and 18, i grab my W.
As for Summoner Spells i would recommend 3 of the following for Pantheon, which is either Flash, Ignite, or Teleport. For the main ones i usually use Flash and ignite. I use flash to either run away from a gank or to flash into an enemy and gank them before they can get away. With ignite its more to secure a kill if in a team fight and they windle me down. The reason why i also say Teleport is because teleport can be useful in early game to guard your own tower or in late game to get to an enemy pushing or to gank an enemy.

For farming, you usually just want to last hit as much as you can. However only as a last resort if your being harassed i usually use my Q to last hit minions which is a BADDDD Idea. you need to make sure you have complete control in lane otherwise you wont be able to farm a dime.
For my first guide this was **** i mean honestly i did the best i could on giving you a good way to build this but i still have much to learn. This is my way to build Pantheon i just hope its as good as i usually play him as.
