Actually just skip Phantom Dancer altogether.

Agree with above. I recommend taking Atma's Impaler instead of Phantom Dancer.

The build is nice although you dont need to pick up zeal so fast in your item order finish the IE first.And Phantom dancer is a...weard item for Pantheon.It doesnt add up anything to your abilities witch are your main source of damage.This about it :).Hmm..and maybe a Bloodthirster instead of Black cleaver.
