However!!

Why dont you setup for lvl 2 ganks??
When i play panth its 80% succesful if you get the mid to help you clear wolves then pull blue, then at lvl 2 take Aegis.
Go to mid or top depending on who you think would be easier to kill then either open with stun or get the other champ to intiate
Most of the time its first blood and a very good start :)

also do not agree with warmogs at all, with frozen mallet just remember to auto attack after W and its an easy kill

@Veremaugh Mostly I do get an early gank. It depends on every game.
And I take Warmog's Armor because it is way more tanky and you can stay in fights longer and place more Aegis of Zeonia's!
