Items

Firstly, some of you may know that this is not the typical normal pantheon build with stacked BF Swords right from the start nor the famous Bloodthirster and Sword of the Occult. This build will side towards a bit more survivability while still keeping the desired massive attack damage.

Tiamat

A great early game item for Pantheon giving you a decent amount of AD and slight Health and Mana Regen that will keep you on lane longer. Its passive is also brilliant as it will make your physical damage (that's like all of his normal attacks and spells) splash, which is brilliant for farming.

Mercury's Treads, Ninja's Tabi or Boots of Swiftness.
oror
I personally prefer Boots of Swiftness because I would rather run away from ganks asap before the damage comes over taking reduced damage but running slower as Pantheon is an extremely squishy champion late game. Also, Boots of Swiftness helps me chase down my opponents easier when combined with Aegis of Zonia(his stun) or Exhaust.

Stark's Fervor

Gives you a decent Attack Speed and Health Regen boost. It also gives you Life Steal and decreases the armor of opponents near you, giving you more survivability and chances for kills.

At this point of the game, please feel free to sell the Tiamatat any time if it will enable you to purchase the next three items quicker.

Infinity Edge

Gives you a ton of AD and also increased Critical Rate and Damage.

Frozen Mallet

Gives you the extra Health you severely need to counter Pantheon's late game squishiness. It also gives you a bit of AD but more importantly to be able to reduce your opponent's Movement Speed when hit by your physical attacks (all of Pantheon's attacks). This combined with Aegis of Zonia(his stun) or Exhaustmeans that your opponents are going nowhere.

The Black Cleaver

Gives you a ton of AD and also decreases your opponent's Armor for a short while when hit by your physical attacks. This combined with Stark's Fervor will ignore a large amount of your opponent's Armor, making your attacks more deadly.

Giant's Belt

Takes up the last item slot with a decent amount of Health which will enable you to survive more team fights.
