Only thing I'd personally recommend would be leaving out the Wit's End and swapping the Black Cleaver for another BF Sword item. He's really not the sort of champion that auto attacks a lot, and as such, AS isn't all that great on him. The same story can be said for your AS Yellow runes, I'd recommend mana. Good job! The item department is a little down in ways of there being no pictures of them, but its only the start of the guide. Getting Last Whisper so early is usually a bad idea since only the tanks will have armor by that stage in the game, I would suggest getting it as say your 3rd big item. Alternatively you could get Black Cleaver instead of Last Whisper at that spot and it would be good. Also getting Last Whisper / Black Cleaver together is a bad idea period, because the debuff from black cleaver is going to reduce last whisper's usefulness. Here's my suggestions for the format though: 1. Use some icons to make it easier to find information. For example when you're talking about an item put the item icon by the section, or a summoner spell.
