Introduction
Hello. This is my first guide. I make this guide for Pantheon because he is my favorite champion in League of Legends.
First I want to tell you that you have to TRY this build first before you will vote. This build is for players who know what Pantheon can do and this is the way I play now Pantheon after I try a lot of builds.
Finally you have to find a build who fit you style to play.
This build is focused especially on much armor penetration, attack speed, life steal and attack damage.

Pros / Cons
Pros
- he own early game
- he is a good assassins, and with his ultimate can catch you and kill you
- he have nice damage, and a nice single target nuke with his Q
- he looks like a real Spartan
- nice passive,who allow him to tower dive easy
Cons
- no ability to escape
- he is a bit squishy
- his ultimate is very easy to avoid
Masteries
I take 21-9-0 masteries page. I take 21 in offense because Pantheon need all extra damage early on where he shine, and I also put one point in 
Cripple to improve my Exhaust spell.
Then I put 9 points in defense for much more resistance early.
Items
I start with a 
Doran's Blade if enemy team don't have harassers or with 
Boots of Speed and 3x 
Health Potion if they have a lot of harassers.
Then, when I go back I take 
The Brutalizer This items will give you not only attack damage but it will give you cooldown reduction and +15 armor penetration. This is a lot early.
With the new patch Pantheon have a low cooldown to his ability so he can use them much more. I suggest you to take 
Chalice of Harmony early if you want to play more aggressive. This item fits well with Pantheon and you can sell it later for better choice.
I upgrade Boots of Speed into 
Mercury's Treads for magic resistance and reduced crowd control.
Next item will be 
Emblem of Valor Now stop a bit there. Maybe some people will say that this item is bad, this item is useless or is not worth the price. When you upgrade this item to 
Zeke's Herald it will worth it. And why? With your masteries and with your
you will have around 50-55 armor penetration. And I say that is huge for low armor champions. You will hit them like a boss with 
and with 
Your job is to focus carry and squishy targets. Besides that you will have some atack speed, life steal and an aura for your team mates. An 
Xin Zhao, 
Ashe, 
Master Yi and so on, will love this aura.
Finish you 
Youmuu's Ghostblade Take 
B. F. Sword and upgrade to 
The Black Cleaver
At this time you will have very nice burst, nice life steal, attack speed and a LOT OF armor penetration. Get it?
Your next item will be 
The Bloodthirster Final item is situationally. You can take 
Frozen Mallet for extra health and some damage. You can also take, if you feel you want more damage, 
Infinity Edge This is one of the best attack damage item and also give you an increased critical damage.
If you feel you need more resistance you can take 
Guardian Angel This items allow you to die once, then revive and fight again. Is just awesome.
Another situational item can be 
Last Whisper if the enemy will stack much armor.
Team Work
Now, Pantheon can go and dominate a lane with many other champion for example 
Leona I personally prefer champions who have crowd controls.
You are an assassin, so you job in team fights is to stay back and don't get focused. Then when they last expect just jump on them and chase them down. Try to always focus carry and squishy target.
Pantheon need a good team to be very good not only early, but even late game, where he is not as strong as another champions.
Mid Game
In mid game you must have already
and even
Try to look at minimap, and help you team mates with a gank, because with you ultimate you have a very nice potential to gank.
You continue to focus on farming minions, and when the lane phase is broken, try to avoid to being ganked. You have no escape ability so take care.
In mid game start the team fights, so you have to do your job as an assassin. NEVER EVER initiate a fight or go in front of your team. This is your tank job. Try to use bush and stay hide before a team fight starts, just to don't be focused.
Late Game
Now if you doing well you have Youmuu's Ghostblade Zeke's Herald The Black Cleaver With this items you have a very nice damage but now you depends very much on team so try the best to avoid being focused by enemy team. The longer you stay alive in team fights, the better you can hurt enemy.
Summary

Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration This will solve a bit you mana problems. Anyway you won't use your spells so much early. Focus more on farming minions.
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist This give you with you masteries around 45-50 magic resistance at start.
Greater Quintessence of Health for extra health. Very important early on.
Ezreal
Miss Fortune and so on play much safe and try to farm as much as you can.
