Pantheon is a great champion overall with a few ups and downs. In this build I will be going over these as well as his items, runes, and masteries I use, to beat the enemy team with Pantheon. Enjoy!
I take Pure damage marks, pure armor seals, magic resist per level glyphs, and armor penetration quintessences. Why? The damage helps with , you know, damage. The seals and glyphs help with durability, while the quintessences help with the people who build armor or the tank.
Pantheon is pretty fragile, more than expected, so I take 9/21/0 in masteries, taking all the damage reduction I can in the defense tree. And 1 point in armor penetration in the offense tree. This along with his runes makes him pretty durable overall.
To start, I want to point out that Pantheon relies on his abilities, and his mana just sucks. Keep that in mind.
Mercury Treads: This or Ninja Tabi as needed will keep him pretty durable and of course moving faster.
Manamune: This is jut one of the completely overlooked items. Like I said Pantheon's mana sucks, and this will completely solve that problem, by giving mana, mana regen, and AD for all the mana you have. Get this item no doubt.
Last Whisper: My favorite item. 40 AD makes this item over looked by many, but the passive, 40% Armor Penetration will tear the enemy up.
Frozen Mallet: This item is awesome, sure 20 AD isn't much, but along with 700 health, and a slow from his attacks, makes this item awesome.
The Bloodthirster: 60 AD, enough said.
Guardian Angel: Gives pretty good durability, and a revive, good for teamfights.
Use his standard 3 ability combo, Aegis of Zeonia, Heartseeker Strike, and Spear shot to devastate your enemies.
Heartseeker strike is my favorite of his abilities, late game it is so powerful and does extreme damage. Early game, not so much. It strikes in a cone in front of him to do damage 3 times.
Spear Shot: Throws his spear to do damage.
Aegis of Zeonia: Jumps and bashes his enemy, damaging them and stunning them, great time for his other two damage abilities.
Grand Skyfall: The most powerful ultimate in the game. 1000 damage! And has ALOT of range as well.
Flash: Since he doesn't have a great escaping tool.
Ghost: Another for chasing or escaping.
Clarity: Great choice for Pantheon, again the mana issue is resolved here.
